Ingredients
- 12 pt. okra
- 2 cloves garlic per pt.
- 1 pod red pepper per pt.
- 1 stem dill or 1/2 tsp. dill seed per pt.
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 1 c. salt
- 2 qt. water
Method
- Wash and stem okra and pack in pint jars.
- To each jar, add 2 cloves garlic, 1 pod red pepper and 1 stem dill.
- Boil vinegar, salt and water and pour over okra.
- Seal hot.
