Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Method
- Wash and drain mushrooms.
- Put in skillet.
- Add onion.
- Mix other ingredients; pour over mushrooms.
- Cover; bring to boiling point, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 to 6 minutes.
