Ingredients
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. dry cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1/3 c. butter
Method
- Pour dry ingredients; mix together and add 6 tablespoons boiling water, vanilla and butter.
- Blend, then beat with mixer or spoon until smooth and thickened.
- If frosting stiffens too quickly while spreading, just stir in a few drops of hot water.
