Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pickling spice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. white sugar
Method
- Place peeled eggs in clean quart jar.
- Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour over eggs.
- Put lid on the jar.
- Cool at room temperature. When cool, store in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks before serving.
