Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans Contadina whole tomatoes (I drain most of the juice from one can)
- 1 small onion
- 2 to 3 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. cilantro or to taste
Method
- Chop onion and peppers in food processor.
- Add tomatoes and process a few seconds.
- Warm oil, vinegar, salt and Accent in saucepan until salt dissolves.
- Mix together and add cilantro.
