Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup tightly packed chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
Method
- Spread Neufchatel onto bottom of pie plate.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except feta; spoon over Neufchatel.
- Sprinkle with feta.
