Ingredients
- 1 (21.5 oz.) fudge brownie mix
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry or light cherry pie filling
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- With an electric mixer, beat until blended the brownie mix, 1 cup filling, oil and eggs.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brownies spring back when touched.
- If desired, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Let stand until softened.
