Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
- 1 1/3 c. Baker's coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
Method
- Beat sugar, milk and cream cheese.
- Fold in coconut, then Cool Whip.
- Spoon into pie shell.
- Freeze until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting.
