Ingredients
- 1 can Alaskan salmon
- 1 egg
- corn meal mix
- vegetable oil
Method
- Empty salmon into large bowl.
- Skin and remove bones from salmon.
- In separate bowl, whip egg.
- Pour into salmon and mix well.
- Add enough corn meal mix to make consistent.
- Cover spooned salmon lightly with corn meal mix.
- Place into large skillet with hot vegetable oil.
- Fry on medium to medium-high heat until brown on both sides.
- Watch closely as it will burn easily. Be sure to keep plenty of oil in skillet at all times.
