Ingredients

  • 1 can Alaskan salmon
  • 1 egg
  • corn meal mix
  • vegetable oil

Method

  • Empty salmon into large bowl.
  • Skin and remove bones from salmon.
  • In separate bowl, whip egg.
  • Pour into salmon and mix well.
  • Add enough corn meal mix to make consistent.
  • Cover spooned salmon lightly with corn meal mix.
  • Place into large skillet with hot vegetable oil.
  • Fry on medium to medium-high heat until brown on both sides.
  • Watch closely as it will burn easily. Be sure to keep plenty of oil in skillet at all times.
