- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pepper
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown meat in large skillet.
- Add onion, garlic salt and oregano.
- Cook until onion is tender.
- Add soup and vinegar; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Ricotta cheese, egg, parsley flakes, sugar and a dash of pepper.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella.
- Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle final layer with Parmesan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
