- baby back ribs
- dry rub:
- paprika
- red pepper
- chili powder
- salt pepper
- brown sugar
- grey poupon
Method
- Ribs
- Take off membrane
- put dry rub both sides
- then slater grey poupon both sides
- wrap in tin foil and put a little water in. leave foil open a little to let steam out
- cook 300-325 for about 2-2.5 hours
- put on grill face down for a few minutes to caramelize. turn over, brush with sweet baby rays. turn over and do the same. keep doing this a few more times, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
