Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 scoops pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon milk
- cheese, shredded
- salt, as per taste
- 12 cup rocket, whole
Method
- In a pan, Pour olive oil and finely chopped garlic till garlic turns light brown.
- Add a pinch of Oregano & dried Basil herb for the flavour to infuse.
- Add 2 scoops of pesto sauce and salt as per taste.
- Mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp of Milk and cook well.
- Throw in the boiled pasta and garnish with grated cheese.
- Served with rocket leaves since they are my favourite.
