Ingredients
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp 1/8 nutmeg
- 1 tsp 1/8 clove
- 2 cup flour
Method
- pre heat oven 350
- sift dry ingredients together
- mix butter and sugar till smooth
- add egg,mix till smooth
- alt dry ingredients and pulp into batter
- stir in nuts and raisins
- drop by spoonful on baking sheet,bake 13-15 min till golden
