Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 1 pt. jar Marshmallow Creme (2 c.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Bring sugar, water and salt to hard ball stage or 250° on candy thermometer.
- Put Marshmallow Creme in mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup.
- Beat until stiff and stands in peaks.
- Fold in vanilla and pecans.
- Drop by spoonful onto plate or wax paper.
