Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Put eggs and milk in blender; blend until bubbly.
- Add flour and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill well-greased muffin cups half full.
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
- Reduce to 350° for 10 minutes until golden brown.
