Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. chicken breast
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. peas (sm. can) optional
- 2 to 3 tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (buttermilk)
Method
- Cook chicken breast till done.
- Cold and tear in bite size pcs.
- Cook potatoes and peas till done.
- In roaster pan, heat butter, add in flour.
- Cook stirring till thick.
- Add in lowfat milk and chicken broth to make gravy.
- Add in chicken, potatoes and peas.
- Cook till bubbly.
- Stirring occasionally.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, after placing biscuits on top of mix, or possibly till golden.
