Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 c. chicken breast
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. peas (sm. can) optional
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (buttermilk)

Method

  • Cook chicken breast till done.
  • Cold and tear in bite size pcs.
  • Cook potatoes and peas till done.
  • In roaster pan, heat butter, add in flour.
  • Cook stirring till thick.
  • Add in lowfat milk and chicken broth to make gravy.
  • Add in chicken, potatoes and peas.
  • Cook till bubbly.
  • Stirring occasionally.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, after placing biscuits on top of mix, or possibly till golden.
