Ingredients
- 5 ears fresh corn
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cut corn off cobs into medium bowl.
- Combine corn, butter, cream, sugar and pepper in a skillet.
- Cover. Let simmer for 6 to 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
- Serves 4.
