Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate
  • 10 candy canes
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • Crisco or Pam for greasing

Method

  • Lightly grease one cookie sheet with Pam or Crisco.
  • *Cooking oil makes the bark greasy. DO NOT substitute with cooking oil.
  • Melt the chocoolate in the microwave until liquid. Mix in the peppermint extract. Crush the candy canes in a plastic bag with a spoon. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet, then sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top. Let cool then cut up into as many bits as desired.
