Ingredients
- 1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine in flat bowl sour cream, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir to blend.
- Crush stuffing mix.
- Dip chicken in sour cream mixture and then put in stuffing mix to coat.
