Ingredients
- 1 bunch thai mints
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1/2 cup thai birdeyes chilli
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup fishsauce
- 100 grams garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Blend everything together until smooth ,use immediately or keep in refrigerator for a fews day
- By Authentic way ,use pestle and mortar ,first prepare all ingredients
- By pestel and mortar pound garlic and chilli
- Add thai mints ,coriander,pound all to mix well
- Add fishsauce ,sugar
- Add fresh lime juice
- Stir to mix ,serve with seafood or noodles rolls
- This recipe will be so good if use my pickle garlic in honey lemon ,just use it instead of garlic and sugar
