Ingredients

  • 1 bunch thai mints
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 cup thai birdeyes chilli
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup fishsauce
  • 100 grams garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Method

  • Blend everything together until smooth ,use immediately or keep in refrigerator for a fews day
  • By Authentic way ,use pestle and mortar ,first prepare all ingredients
  • By pestel and mortar pound garlic and chilli
  • Add thai mints ,coriander,pound all to mix well
  • Add fishsauce ,sugar
  • Add fresh lime juice
  • Stir to mix ,serve with seafood or noodles rolls
  • This recipe will be so good if use my pickle garlic in honey lemon ,just use it instead of garlic and sugar
