Ingredients
- 3 or 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- dash of garlic salt
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- dash of black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chopped celery
Method
- Cook roast in oven or crock-pot until meat is done and pulls apart easily.
- Shred meat (or slice if you prefer).
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour onto shredded meat and mix well.
- Let mixture cook in warm oven or crock-pot for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
