Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb. beef roast
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • dash of black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped celery

Method

  • Cook roast in oven or crock-pot until meat is done and pulls apart easily.
  • Shred meat (or slice if you prefer).
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour onto shredded meat and mix well.
  • Let mixture cook in warm oven or crock-pot for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
