Ingredients

  • 1 box Zweiback toast, crushed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 C melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 5 eggs beaten 5 min.
  • 2 lb philly cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 3 T sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  • Toss Zweiback, cinnamon, 1/2 C sugar and1/4 C melted butter together and press into bottom of spring pan.
  • Beat filling ingred. together and pour over crumbs. Bake 325 for 45 min. Cool 20 min.
  • Mix topping ingred together and pour over cheesecake. Bake again for 5 min. Chill for 5 hours before cutting
