Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 can pie filling
Method
- Cream oleo, sugar and eggs.
- Add vanilla and almond extract. Add flour, 1 cup at a time.
- Mix well.
- Spread 1/2 batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Spread pie filling on top of batter.
