Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 24 frozen yeast rolls (Riches)
  • 1 pkg. butter pecan or butterscotch pudding
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • cinnamon

Method

  • Put 1 cup pecans in pan.
  • Place 24 frozen yeast rolls in pan. Sprinkle with 1 package pudding.
  • Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine with brown sugar.
  • Pour over pudding.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Cover with wet towel and let stand overnight (on counter).
  • Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
  • Turn onto plate.
