Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. pecans, ground
- 1 c. sifted cake flour
Method
- Beat butter until soft.
- Add sugar until creamy.
- Stir pecans and flour into butter mixture.
- Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake in oven at 300° for 45 minutes.
- Roll while hot in powdered sugar.
- When cool, roll again.
- (These burn very easily, so check them while baking.)
