Ingredients
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. light Karo
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 crust pie shell
Method
- Arrange pecans in bottom of pie crust.
- Beat eggs; add butter, syrup and vanilla.
- Stir well. Combine sugar and flour and blend this with egg mixture.
- Pour over nuts.
- Let stand until nuts rise to surface.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
