Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix in 1 1/2-quart bowl the flour, sugar and salt; add syrup, eggs, evaporated milk and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until firm.
- Cool before serving.
