Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles any shape
  • 3 cups vegan cheese daiya style shreds
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 cups vegan milk any unsweetened, i used hemp
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Method

  • cook the noodles of your choice.
  • prepare the cheese sauce in a small pan on medium-low heat, start by melting the butter.(start the temp out to a lower setting at first for the butter to melt properly)
  • once the butter is melted, add the black pepper, yeast, milk, give a lil stir then add the cheese.
  • stir constantly to prevent burning for 2-3min or until all the vegan cheese is dissolved into solution.
  • mix well with the noodles and then enjoy. =)
