Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecan meats
Method
- Cream butter; add sugar and syrup, creaming constantly.
- Add the salt to the eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
- Then add eggs to first mixture.
- Add the vanilla and broken pecan meats and pour into a 9-1/2-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
