Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1 c. pecans (halves or pieces)
Method
- Beat eggs until frothy, then add sugar and salt.
- Stir in oleo, syrup and pecans.
- Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
- Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
