Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. melted fat (butter or oleo)
- 1 c. pecans
- 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Method
- Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.
- Spread nuts in bottom of shell; pour in filling.
- Bake 15 minutes at 450°, then 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
