Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. light brown sugar
- 3/4 lb. pecans, chopped fine
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff and dry
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites.
- Drop by teaspoonful on cookie
- sheet
- and bake in slow oven at 325° to 350° for about 10 minutes.
- Makes 6 dozen.
