Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- First mix the flour with 1 cup sugar and then cream the butter with the second cup of sugar.
- Add the well beaten yolks of egg, the beaten whites, flour and sugar.
- Add the milk and lastly, the nuts.
- Mix all well together.
- Pour into a well buttered baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Custard may be served hot or cold with whipped cream.
