Ingredients
- 1 large can cherry pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Method
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Dump in the can of crushed undrained pineapple.
- Dump cherry pie filling on top of pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top.
- (Do not mix.) Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
- Slice butter into thin pieces and place on top. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
