Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened (not margarine)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 box chocolate graham crackers

Method

  • In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Gradually add sugars and beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Put mixture in Saran Wrap and shape into a ball.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour and then roll in pecans.
  • Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
