Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened (not margarine)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 box chocolate graham crackers
Method
- In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugars and beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Put mixture in Saran Wrap and shape into a ball.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and then roll in pecans.
- Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
