Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, cut up
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix (dry)
Method
- Mix altogether and pour into a greased flat Pyrex pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
