Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon
- 4 chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 2 pkg. frozen peas
Method
- Fry bacon; crumble fried strips.
- In bacon fat fry chopped green onions.
- When tender, add flour.
- Add chicken stock and peas.
- Cook until peas are tender.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Serve.
