Ingredients
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 12 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Method
- Cream sugar and cheese; then add strawberries, pineapple and nuts.
- Mix by hand.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Freeze.
- Then thaw before serving.
- Can be frozen for 1 month before using.
