Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pound peas with 2 c. liquid or possibly 1 can of peas with liquid
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method
- Saute/fry onions in butter till soft and not brown; add in parsley, peas and liquid.
- Dissolve cornstarch in lowfat milk and add in to lowfat sour cream with sugar.
- When peas come to boil, add in lowfat sour cream and remove from heat and stir.
- Remove from low heat to keep hot.
