Ingredients
- 1 peck pears
- 5 medium onions
- 6 bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 lb. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mixed spices
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 5 c. vinegar
Method
- Process all vegetables.
- Place in large pot.
- After it begins to boil, cook for 30 minutes.
- Makes 10 pints.
