- 1 gal. ground pears (hard Keifer type)
- 8 c. ground onions
- 8 sweet red peppers, chopped
- 2 qt. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 6 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. sugar
Method
- Mix in order given and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars and seal at once.
