Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- In large shallow baking dish, add shrimp to all other ingredients.
- Bake at 450° for 5 minutes.
- Turn to broil for additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
