Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 8 medium sized pears, diced
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Method
- Boil 1 1/2 cups sugar and water for 15 minutes.
- Add pears. Boil 15 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and lemon juice.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- Put in jars.
- Seal while hot.
