Ingredients
- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 10 medium onions
- 6 hot peppers (if desired, don't use hot peppers)
- 20 pears, ground
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Grind peppers and onions or finely chop; pour boiling water over and drain. Mix all ingredients and cook 20 to 30 minutes, then can as usual.
