Ingredients

  • 1 fryer chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Method

  • Boil chicken (cut up) for 1 hour until tender.
  • Cool and cut up in small, bite-size pieces.
  • Spread on bottom of casserole dish (rectangular).
  • Mix the chicken soup and sour cream.
  • Spread over chicken.
  • Crush Ritz crackers, mix with celery seed and spread over soup mixture.
  • Sprinkle top with melted margarine.
  • Bake about 40 minutes, or until bubbly at 350°.
