Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Boil chicken (cut up) for 1 hour until tender.
- Cool and cut up in small, bite-size pieces.
- Spread on bottom of casserole dish (rectangular).
- Mix the chicken soup and sour cream.
- Spread over chicken.
- Crush Ritz crackers, mix with celery seed and spread over soup mixture.
- Sprinkle top with melted margarine.
- Bake about 40 minutes, or until bubbly at 350°.
