- 1 1/4 c. chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- grated chocolate cookie crumbs (optional)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Combine 1 1/4 cups cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted margarine to make crust.
- Press into 9-inch pie plate and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Gently spoon into crust.
- Garnish with crumbs, if desired.
- Refrigerate.
