Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed
- 12 oz. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 (9 inch) graham cracker or chocolate crusts
Method
- Whip cream cheese for 10 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and whip 10 minutes more.
- Blend in cool whip, peanut butter and vanilla and beat for 5 minutes.
- Pour into crusts and freeze at least 2 hours.
