Ingredients
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
- hot fudge
Method
- Cream the peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
- Add vanilla and butter.
- Blend.
- Fold in whipped cream until well blended. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill 4 or 5 hours.
- Drizzle top with hot fudge before serving.
