Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham crust
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding
- milk
- Cool Whip (optional)
Method
- Combine sugar and peanut butter.
- Mix thoroughly and roll out as though pastry.
- Place on top of pie crust.
- Prepare pudding with milk as instructed on package.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
- Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
