Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2/3 to 1 c. creamy peanut butter
Method
- Beat egg yolks. Add sugar and flour.
- Gradually add milk. Cook until thick.
- Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter melts.
- Pour in baked pie crust. Top with egg whites that have been beaten and sweetened.
- Brown lightly in oven.
